The Singing Bowl Massage takes place according to the Peter Hess® method.
This method combines the century-old tradition of using singing bowls with modern, scientific insights.
We start with a short intake of five minutes. You can then take place (fully dressed) on the massage table and with extra pillows and a blanket when needed, so that you are completely comfortable. The singing bowls are first placed on the back of your body and in the second half of the session on the front. The entire treatment takes approximately 45 minutes.
The sounds and vibrations harmonize and organize your entire body. At the end of the sound massage there is a brief opportunity to share your experience.
